06 - 1 (10.5-ounce) bag of crushed Fritos corn chips, either plain or chili-flavored

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the drained corn, mayo, shredded cheese, diced red onion, and bell pepper in a bowl. Chill until you're ready to eat.
02 - Right before serving, mix in the crushed Fritos chips. Add a little at a time until you've got the crunch you're looking for.
03 - Want to change things up? Try serving Fritos Scoops alongside the salad or sprinkle them on top like a garnish.
