03 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut milk, unsweetened or another plant-based option
04 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) pineapple juice
05 - 2 cups (300 g) frozen strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - Enjoy right away for a soft, creamy treat or pop into a freezer-safe box for about half an hour if you want it firmer.
02 - Give it a quick taste and add as much powdered sugar as you want, then blend again.
03 - Run the blender until everything’s silky and smooth—no chunks left.
04 - Throw strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and lemon juice into the blender.

01 - You’ll get the best texture if your strawberries are rock solid—make sure they’re frozen tight.
02 - Adding a splash of fresh lemon wakes up all the other flavors.
