Easter Garlic Butter Lamb (Print Version)

01 - 4-5 lb bone-in leg of lamb
02 - Fresh garlic cloves
03 - Unsalted butter
04 - Fresh rosemary
05 - Lemon juice
06 - Olive oil
07 - Salt and pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and let the lamb sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
02 - In a bowl, mix softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
03 - Pat the leg of lamb dry and rub half of the garlic butter mixture all over it.
04 - Place the lamb in a roasting pan and roast for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
05 - Baste every 20 minutes with the remaining garlic butter mixture. Rest for 15 minutes before carving.
