Effortless Creamy Pina Colada (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup ice cubes
02 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract
03 - 15 ml honey or agave syrup
04 - 15 g sweetened shredded coconut
05 - 60 ml whole milk or any milk you like
06 - 120 ml coconut cream
07 - 240 g frozen pineapple chunks
08 - 480 ml vanilla ice cream

→ Toppings (optional)

09 - Pineapple wedge
10 - Toasted coconut flakes
11 - Whipped cream

# Instructions:

01 - Grab tall glasses and pour your blended shake right in. If you're feeling fancy, go ahead and pop on some whipped cream, toss over toasted coconut flakes, then stick in a pineapple wedge. Drink it straight away with a thick straw.
02 - Switch the blender onto high. Let it run until everything's mixed together and the texture is totally creamy. Make sure not a single chunk of pineapple's left unblended.
03 - Add vanilla ice cream, pineapple pieces from the freezer, coconut cream, your choice of milk, shredded coconut, a splash of honey or agave, vanilla, and some ice cubes into the blender.

# Notes:

01 - If you want this dairy-free or vegan, just swap in plant-based ice cream and non-dairy milk like almond or coconut.
02 - Want a thicker drink? Cut back on the milk or add more ice cubes for extra chill.
03 - Take your coconut flakes up a notch. Brown them in a dry pan until they turn golden and taste awesome.
