Fluffy Gelatin Cream Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Stabilized Whipped Cream

01 - 3 g plain gelatin powder
02 - 20 ml chilled water
03 - 240 ml well-chilled heavy whipping cream
04 - 16 g powdered sugar
05 - 5 ml vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Go ahead and use this fluffy whipped cream on cakes, spread it on pies, or just keep it in the fridge with the lid on for up to a day.
02 - Turn the mixer up and keep going until the cream stands up in peaks when you lift the beaters.
03 - While the mixer goes on low, slowly add your dissolved gelatin into the cream. Just pour it in a little at a time.
04 - Mix the cold whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla together in a chilled bowl. Start whipping till the cream has soft peaks.
05 - Pop the bowl with gelatin and water in the microwave for 5 seconds. Stir till it’s melted. Let it cool off, but don’t let it get firm.
06 - Toss the unflavored gelatin over the cold water in a microwave bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes till it looks thick.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the gelatin is still liquid but not hot when you add it, so it mixes in easy.
02 - Your results will be best if you chill both your whisk and bowl before you start.
03 - It's awesome for topping cupcakes, cakes, or piling high on pies and layered desserts.
