Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Place salmon fillets on a greased baking dish. If using broccoli, scatter around salmon and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Brush salmon generously with garlic butter mixture. Place a lemon slice on top of each fillet if desired.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Optionally broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden finish.

Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with broccoli, rice, or salad.
