Garlic Philly Cheesesteak Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread & Meat

01 - 1 French baguette
02 - 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak

→ Vegetables & Aromatics

03 - 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
04 - 1 cup sliced bell peppers (mixed colors)
05 - 1 medium onion, sliced

→ Cheese

06 - 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Sauté onions and bell peppers in olive oil over medium heat until soft, 5-7 minutes.
03 - Add steak and garlic to vegetables, cook until steak is browned but tender, 4-5 minutes.
04 - Slice baguette lengthwise without cutting through, hollow out some interior.
05 - Fill bread with steak mixture, top with cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
