# Instructions:

01 - Cut steak into chunks about 2-3 inches wide. Coat pieces well with oil and seasoning blend. Leave them to marinate for around 10-15 minutes. meanwhile, peel and cut potatoes into quarters. Put the potatoes in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes to rinse out extra starch, then drain them dry.
02 - Warm a large pan on medium-high heat and add 2-3 tbsp avocado oil. Cook the steak pieces for 2 minutes without turning, flip them, and cook for another minute. Let them cook for an additional 60 seconds over low heat, then transfer the meat to a bowl.
03 - Using the same pan, add 3 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp garlic. Melt until you smell the garlic. Toss the cooked steak in for flavoring and heat for 1 more minute. Move steak to a plate and cover it loosely with foil.
04 - Melt 2 tbsp of butter with the remaining garlic until the aroma is noticeable. Add the cream gradually while whisking, then simmer. Let it thicken for 3-5 minutes. Drop in parmesan, scallions, and chili flakes while continuing to stir. Taste and adjust with salt or pepper.
05 - Boiled potatoes should be drained. Blend with melted butter and half-and-half until they’re soft and creamy. Incorporate garlic powder, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper.
06 - Scoop out the mashed potatoes onto plates. Arrange the steak on top. Drizzle the creamy parmesan sauce over everything, then serve.

# Notes:

01 - Leaving the steak at room temperature first makes cooking more even.
