Gluten Free Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
02 - 1/2 cup warm milk (dairy or non-dairy)
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
06 - 2 tsp vanilla extract
07 - 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour with xanthan gum
08 - 1 tsp salt
09 - 1 tsp baking powder

→ Filling

10 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
11 - 1 cup brown sugar
12 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
13 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Optional Glaze

14 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
15 - 1 tablespoon milk
16 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let stand 5-10 minutes until frothy.
02 - Combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Add yeast mixture, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Mix and knead 3-5 minutes.
03 - Cover dough and let rise in warm place 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
04 - Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in small bowl.
05 - Roll dough into rectangle, brush with butter, add filling. Cut into strips, stack, then cut into squares. Place in loaf pan.
06 - Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
07 - Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until golden. Cover with foil if needed.
