Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease up a 9x13-inch dish to prevent sticking.

Cook the pork sausage in a pan over medium heat. Keep breaking it up as it cooks, then drain off the grease when done.

Layer the bottom of your greased pan with hashbrowns, then evenly distribute the cooked sausage over it.

Whisk together the milk with the gravy mix inside a bowl until smooth. Spread it out over your hashbrowns and sausage layer.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over everything. Slice the biscuits into four pieces each and arrange them on top.
