Healthy Apple Nachos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 apples (Gala, Honeycrisp or Fuji recommended)
02 - 2 tablespoons peanut butter, almond butter, or nut butter of your choice
03 - ¼ cup dairy free chocolate chips (such as Enjoy Life Foods Mini Chocolate Chips)

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and slice apples. Arrange one layer of apples on a plate.
02 - Drizzle half of the melted nut butter over apples. Evenly sprinkle half the dairy free chocolate chips over apples.
03 - Repeat process with remaining apples, nut butter and chocolate chips. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Store for up to 1 day in the fridge in an airtight container.
02 - To deter the apples from browning, try mixing them with a bit of lemon juice prior to assembling.
