Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil along with 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 cup chopped onion. Cook until the onion turns translucent, about 1-2 minutes.

Add in 1 lb lean ground beef. Break apart and cook until no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Add 3 cups of broccoli florets and stir together. Cook until the broccoli is slightly soft when poked with a fork, about 3-4 minutes. It should be "crisp tender".

Now pour 1 cup honey garlic sauce overtop of everything and mix together. Cook another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce is heated through and broccoli is tender.

Scoop rice into bowls then add ground beef broccoli mixture on top. Serve and enjoy!
