Honey Garlic Beef and Broccoli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
02 - 1 cup chopped white onion
03 - 1 lb lean ground beef
04 - 3 cups broccoli florets, chopped small
05 - 1 cup honey garlic sauce
06 - 4 cups cooked rice, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil along with 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 cup chopped onion. Cook until the onion turns translucent, about 1-2 minutes.
02 - Add in 1 lb lean ground beef. Break apart and cook until no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes.
03 - Add 3 cups of broccoli florets and stir together. Cook until the broccoli is slightly soft when poked with a fork, about 3-4 minutes. It should be "crisp tender".
04 - Now pour 1 cup honey garlic sauce overtop of everything and mix together. Cook another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce is heated through and broccoli is tender.
05 - Scoop rice into bowls then add ground beef broccoli mixture on top. Serve and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - You can use store-bought honey garlic sauce or make your own.
02 - For a lower carb option, serve over cauliflower rice instead of regular rice.
