Honey Pepper Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Sauce

04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 1 tablespoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
06 - 1 cup heavy cream
07 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
09 - 1 tablespoon butter

→ Pasta & Garnish

10 - 12 oz penne pasta
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
02 - Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil 6-7 minutes per side until done. Rest and slice.
03 - Melt butter, sauté garlic. Add honey and pepper, simmer 2-3 minutes. Add cream and cook until thickened.
04 - Add pasta to sauce, stir in Parmesan until melted. Add sliced chicken and toss to combine.
05 - Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.

01 - Can adjust pepper amount to taste
02 - Use reserved pasta water to thin sauce if needed
