# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Butterfly or pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking. Season the chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
02 - Set up three shallow bowls: Bowl 1 with flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Bowl 2 with whisked eggs. Bowl 3 with panko breadcrumbs mixed with crumbled feta cheese.
03 - Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip into the eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Press into the panko-feta mixture, ensuring even coverage.
04 - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the breaded chicken for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
05 - While the chicken bakes, combine honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring until warmed through and well combined. Remove from heat.
