Keto Parmesan Baked Scallops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tbs finely grated Parmesan
02 - ½ tsp paprika
03 - ¼ tsp garlic powder
04 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
05 - 2 tbs butter
06 - Splash white wine (optional)
07 - ½ lb sea scallops (about 10-12)
08 - Chopped fresh parsley, to garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350F.
02 - Mix together the grated Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
03 - Melt some butter and pour it into the base of a small baking dish. Add the white wine, if using. Place the scallops into the baking dish.
04 - Spoon the Parmesan mixture over the scallops, then cover with foil and roast for 20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 125-130F.
05 - Remove the foil, and place under a hot broiler (overhead grill) for a couple of minutes to brown the tops.
06 - Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve!
