02 - 4 fillets of tilapia
03 - A couple of garlic cloves, finely chopped

06 - 2 tablespoons of chopped herbs, like parsley, dill, or thyme

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your grill on and warm it up to about 375°F (190°C).
02 - Grab a bowl and stir together some olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
03 - Give the tilapia a good coat with the marinade, then leave it to chill for 15-30 minutes.
04 - Place the marinated fish on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes each side until flaky and tender. Want a little extra flavor? Throw on some lemon slices while grilling!
