Turn your grill on and warm it up to about 375°F (190°C).

Grab a bowl and stir together some olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.

Give the tilapia a good coat with the marinade, then leave it to chill for 15-30 minutes.
