Loaded Tater Tot Skewers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 48 frozen tater tots
02 - 1/2 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
03 - 8 slices bacon, finely chopped
04 - 2 green onions, chopped

→ For Serving

05 - Sour cream, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package instructions to bake the tater tots; bake at 425°F for 28 minutes, flipping them once halfway through.
02 - Take them out of the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes. Once cool enough to handle, thread 4 to 6 tater tots onto each skewer.
03 - Arrange the skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle cheese over the tater tots, followed by bacon bits, and half of the chopped green onion.
04 - Place them back in the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
05 - Remove from the oven, garnish with the remaining green onions, and serve with a side of sour cream.
