Cut kielbasa in Hasselback style (¼-inch slices ⅔ way through) using chopsticks as guides. Cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces.

Combine barbecue sauce, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup in a small bowl.

Toss kielbasa pieces with ½ cup sauce mixture, reserving remaining sauce.

Air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes until browned, shaking halfway through. Alternatively, bake at 425°F for 18-20 minutes.
