Maple BBQ Hasselback Kielbasa Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 2 rings (13.9 ounces each) kielbasa

→ Sauce

02 - 1 cup barbecue sauce
03 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
04 - 1/4 cup maple syrup

→ Garnish

05 - Chopped parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cut kielbasa in Hasselback style (¼-inch slices ⅔ way through) using chopsticks as guides. Cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces.
02 - Combine barbecue sauce, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup in a small bowl.
03 - Toss kielbasa pieces with ½ cup sauce mixture, reserving remaining sauce.
04 - Air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes until browned, shaking halfway through. Alternatively, bake at 425°F for 18-20 minutes.
05 - Toss with ¼ cup reserved sauce, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm with remaining sauce.
