Effortless Cheesy Beef Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 150 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - Salt and pepper, as needed
03 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
04 - 310 millilitres cream of mushroom soup or about 300 grams canned
05 - 1 clove garlic, minced up
06 - 1 green bell pepper, diced small
07 - 2 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning
08 - 1 small onion, chopped fine
09 - 450 grams ground beef
10 - 2 tablespoons avocado oil or any plain oil
11 - 6 hoagie rolls

# Instructions:

01 - Pile the melted cheesy beef mix into hoagie buns while it’s still hot. Dig in right away for best flavor.
02 - Take your skillet off the burner. Toss in the grated cheddar and stir until it’s all gooey and blended in.
03 - Dump in Worcestershire and the cream of mushroom soup. Add plenty of salt and pepper. Stir it all and let it bubble gently for 5 minutes so the flavors come together.
04 - Toss in the diced pepper and chopped garlic. Stir often for 3 minutes until everything softens and smells awesome.
05 - Warm your biggest skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle in oil, then add beef and onion. Cook for 7-10 minutes till beef isn’t pink and onions look see-through. Sprinkle in steak seasoning as you go.

# Notes:

01 - Too thick? Splash in a little milk to loosen the filling.
02 - Want it lighter? Use lean beef or pour off the extra grease after browning.
03 - Craving spice? Add hot sauce or a dash of sriracha for a kick.
