Pineapple Coconut Ginger Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Juice Mix Parts

01 - Chunk up 1 pineapple after peeling and removing the core.
02 - 1 cup of fresh coconut water, pressed.
03 - Juice 2 lemons.
04 - Half a pound of ginger, cleaned thoroughly.

# Instructions:

01 - Use your hands or a little brush to clean off the ginger. Cut the pineapple into pieces after taking off its top, peeling the skin, and getting rid of the core.
02 - Break ginger into chunks. Blend some of the pineapple with ginger and a bit of water to get the blender going. Then, blend the rest of the pineapple. Run this mix through a fine mesh strainer into a big bowl while pushing it through with a spatula.
03 - Use your hands or a handheld citrus juicer to squeeze the lemons. Pour the lemon juice into your pineapple and ginger mix, along with the coconut water. Give it a good stir before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Keep the drink in glass bottles or big mason jars, and it’ll stay fresh in the fridge for about five days.
02 - Give it a shake before sipping.
03 - Check Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, or Facebook to see how it’s done.
