Pink Velvet Prosecco Fizz (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 oz vanilla vodka
02 - 1 oz strawberry puree
03 - 1 egg white
04 - 3 oz prosecco, chilled

→ Garnish

05 - 1/2 teaspoon edible pink shimmer (optional)

→ Other

06 - Ice for shaking

# Instructions:

01 - Combine vodka, strawberry puree, and egg white in shaker. Shake without ice for 15 seconds.
02 - Add ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until frosty.
03 - Strain mixture into coupe or flute glass, allowing froth to settle.
04 - Gently pour chilled prosecco down side of glass to maintain foam.
05 - Sprinkle with edible pink shimmer if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Can use fresh or store-bought strawberry puree
02 - Dry shake creates smooth, stable foam
