Combine vodka, strawberry puree, and egg white in shaker. Shake without ice for 15 seconds.

Add ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until frosty.

Strain mixture into coupe or flute glass, allowing froth to settle.

Gently pour chilled prosecco down side of glass to maintain foam.

Sprinkle with edible pink shimmer if desired.
