Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake - No Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 24 Golden Oreo cookies
02 - 4 tablespoon salted butter, melted

→ Filling

03 - 24 ounces cream cheese (3 packages), room temp
04 - 2 cup powdered sugar
05 - 2 teaspoon lemon juice
06 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, puréed
07 - 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream

→ Topping

09 - 1 batch strawberry shortcake crumble

# Instructions:

01 - Crush Golden Oreos in food processor, combine with melted butter. Press into springform pan and freeze.
02 - Mix cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, and powdered sugar until smooth. Separately, whip cream until stiff peaks form and fold into cream cheese mixture.
03 - Divide mixture in half. Add puréed strawberries to one half. Layer strawberry mixture first, then plain mixture in crust.
04 - Freeze 4-5 hours or overnight. Remove from pan, coat with strawberry crumb topping. Return to freezer until serving.

01 - Allow 10-15 minutes thawing time before serving
