Quick & Easy Strawberry Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream
02 - 4 oz yogurt or additional cream cheese or coconut cream
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar or sugar-free alternative
04 - 5 medium-size strawberries
05 - 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - If using cream cheese, let it come to room temperature. If using coconut cream, open the can to ensure contents are thick and creamy. (Note: Avoid cans with hard, flakey contents as they won't work well for mousse.)
02 - Remove stems from the berries and blend or mash until pureed.
03 - Add all remaining ingredients, and blend until completely smooth using a food processor, blender, or hand mixer.
04 - Transfer to serving dishes and refrigerate. The mousse will thicken considerably as it chills.
