Korean Banana Milk Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Ice cubes, toss in if you like your drink extra chill
02 - A pinch of fine salt, just enough
03 - About 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (totally up to you, it bumps up the flavor)
04 - 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or sugar, tweak for sweetness
05 - A glass (240 ml) cold milk—dairy or plant kind, whatever you’ve got
06 - 1–2 bananas, best when super ripe and spotty, peel them first

# Instructions:

01 - Give it a light stir and sip right away to get the best creamy texture and taste.
02 - Pour what you made into your favorite glass. Toss in ice cubes if you want it super cold.
03 - Blend everything for around half a minute or a bit more. You want it all mixed up and silky.
04 - Dump the banana bits, your sweetener pick, cold milk, a pinch of salt, and vanilla (if you’re feeling fancy) into the blender.
05 - Want it creamier and thicker? Freeze the chopped banana pieces for a half-hour on a plate.
06 - Slice your bananas into bite-sized pieces after peeling. A quick chop on a cutting board does it.

# Notes:

01 - Let your bananas get nice and spotty—that’s when they’re at their sweetest and tastiest.
02 - Frozen banana pieces make this drink thicker and give you that milkshake vibe.
