# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 500g (1 lb) boneless and skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

→ For the Sauce

06 - 1/3 cup honey
07 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
09 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
12 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

→ For Garnish

13 - Toasted sesame seeds
14 - Sliced green onions

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken in a single layer for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
03 - Lower heat to medium. In the same skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer and stir in the cornstarch slurry. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
04 - Return chicken to the skillet and toss in the sauce until well coated and heated through, 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate and top with sesame seeds and green onions.
