Ultimate Grilled Cheese Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Burrito Filling

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 envelope taco seasoning
03 - ¼ cup water
04 - 15 ounces Rico's nacho cheese sauce
05 - 2 cups prepared Mexican rice
06 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
07 - 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
08 - Sour cream (optional)
09 - Tortilla strips

→ For the Burrito Wrap

10 - 4 burrito-size tortillas
11 - 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, then let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and chipotle sauce until smooth. This creamy, smoky sauce adds a bold kick to your burrito!
03 - Lay out each tortilla. Spread a generous amount of nacho cheese sauce in the center. Add ¼ of the seasoned ground beef and ½ cup of Mexican rice. Drizzle with chipotle mayo and add sour cream (if using). Sprinkle tortilla strips for an extra crunch.
04 - Fold the sides of the tortilla inward. Roll it up tightly from the bottom, securing all the fillings inside.
05 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle ¼ cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese directly onto the pan. Place the burrito seam-side down on top of the cheese. Cook until the cheese melts and forms a golden crust. Flip the burrito, add another ¼ cup of cheese, and repeat on the other side.

# Notes:

01 - Add crushed Doritos inside the burrito for extra crunch
02 - Add jalapeños or extra hot sauce to increase spiciness
03 - Cook the beef ahead of time and store in the fridge for quick assembly
