Valentine's Strawberry Kiss Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Base

01 - 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
02 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Coating & Topping

05 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
06 - 24 Hershey's Kisses (milk or white chocolate)
07 - Red and pink sprinkles (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Mix strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until well combined. Dough will be slightly sticky.
03 - Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough, roll into balls, and coat in granulated sugar. Place on prepared baking sheet 2 inches apart.
04 - Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft. Immediately press a Hershey's Kiss into center of each cookie. Cool 5 minutes on sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
