08 - 3.5 ounces grated cheese (Gouda, Edam, or mozzarella)
09 - 2 ounces pepperoni

# Instructions:

01 - In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian herb mix. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
02 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the blended mixture onto it. Spread the mixture into a thin, even circle.
04 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
05 - Remove the flatbread from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
