TikTok Baked Sushi Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 Nori sheets
02 - 1 cup cooked white rice
03 - 1 cup Imitation crab
04 - 1 tsp sugar
05 - 1/2 tsp salt
06 - 2 tbsp rice vinegar
07 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
08 - 2 tbsp ketchup
09 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
10 - 1 tsp sesame oil
11 - sliced green onions to garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350F. Cut each of the nori sheets into 4 pieces and place the nori squares in a muffin tin.
02 - In a separate large bowl, mix rice with sugar, salt, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
03 - Spread all of the rice on top of the nori sheets in muffin slots, evenly dividing it among all of the individual muffin compartments.
04 - In a separate bowl, mix chopped imitation crab, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
05 - Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the rice cups. Top with the crab mixture.
06 - Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
07 - Take the sushi muffins out of the oven, garnish with some green onions, serve, and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Swap the ketchup and regular mayo for kewpie mayo or spicy Japanese mayonnaise.
02 - Swap imitation crab for some skinless cubed salmon to make salmon sushi bake cups.
03 - You can also easily swap the crab for tuna or shrimp but I like imitation crab for a budget-friendly option.
