Peanut Butter Cookie Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 2 1/4 cups (281g) all-purpose flour

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 3/4 cup (165g) light brown sugar, packed
05 - 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 1/2 cup (128g) creamy peanut butter

→ Add-Ins

10 - 1 1/2 cups (255g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
11 - 1 1/2 cups (255g) peanut butter chips

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 375°F (190°C). Cover the base of a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper.
02 - Stir the flour, sea salt, and baking powder together in a big bowl. Put it aside for now.
03 - Use another bowl to cream together the peanut butter and softened butter till smooth.
04 - Little by little, mix in the brown sugar and granulated sugar. Keep stirring until it’s fluffy.
05 - Beat in the eggs one at a time. Toss in the vanilla extract and mix well.
06 - Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
07 - Gently mix in the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips until evenly spread.
08 - Even out the dough over the parchment paper in the pan.
09 - Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. It’s done when the edges look golden, and a toothpick comes out mostly clean from the center.
10 - Wait for the bars to cool completely in the pan. Use the parchment to lift them out, then slice them into squares.
