Bahama Mama Coconut Pineapple (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 170 ml grenadine syrup
02 - 480 ml ice cubes
03 - 5 ml coconut extract
04 - 480 ml coconut water
05 - 340 g frozen pineapple juice concentrate
06 - 340 g frozen orange juice concentrate

→ Garnish (optional)

07 - Maraschino cherries
08 - Pineapple slices

# Instructions:

01 - Pour your chilled mix into six glasses, then slowly run about 30 ml grenadine down the inside of each glass so it drifts to the bottom. Toss on a maraschino cherry and a pineapple slice for a colorful finish. Put them out right away to enjoy.
02 - Drop in the ice and whiz things again until your drink's icy, thick, and breezy cold. You want everything crushed up nice and smooth.
03 - Drop frozen pineapple and orange concentrates, coconut water, and coconut extract into your blender. Run it all together until it’s super smooth and blended with no bits left.

# Notes:

01 - Want a boozy boost? Toss in some light rum before blending. Try freezing your glasses first so your drink keeps its icy layers and stays colder longer.
