Pour your chilled mix into six glasses, then slowly run about 30 ml grenadine down the inside of each glass so it drifts to the bottom. Toss on a maraschino cherry and a pineapple slice for a colorful finish. Put them out right away to enjoy.

Drop in the ice and whiz things again until your drink's icy, thick, and breezy cold. You want everything crushed up nice and smooth.

Drop frozen pineapple and orange concentrates, coconut water, and coconut extract into your blender. Run it all together until it’s super smooth and blended with no bits left.
