Peach Lemonade Fresh Mint (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Herbs

01 - 15 millilitres mint leaves, grab some extra for the top

→ Fruit

02 - 4 or 5 juicy peaches, cleaned, pitted, and cut into slices

→ Base

03 - 2 litres of lemonade (store or homemade, whatever you have ready)

# Instructions:

01 - Fill up your chilled glasses with ice cubes. Pour the drink in and toss in more peach slices and a few mint sprigs if you want it to look nice.
02 - Once you’ve got your peach-mint blend nice and smooth, pour it into a pitcher. Dump in the rest of your lemonade and give it a good mix. Toss in those peach slices you set aside before, and throw in some lemon slices if you're feeling fancy.
03 - Grab your blender. Add the rest of the peach slices, 250 millilitres of your lemonade, and those 15 millilitres mint leaves. Blitz until it's super smooth. If you like it silky, strain through a mesh sieve.
04 - Get those peaches cleaned, take out the pits, and slice them. Keep about a quarter of the slices aside—you’ll need them for decorating later.
05 - Put your lemonade in the fridge to get it cold. Doesn’t matter if it’s homemade or from the store. Just chill it your favorite way and set it to the side.

# Notes:

01 - Go for super ripe peaches and fresh mint if you want big flavor and that sweet scent. Strain your blend if you don’t like bits in your drink.
02 - Pop your lemonade and glasses in the fridge ahead of time. Only add ice at the end so it won’t get too watered down.
