Hawaiian Ham Swiss Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Optional Toppings

01 - 1 tablespoon dried parsley
02 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

→ For the Butter Sauce

03 - 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
04 - 1/2 tablespoon dried minced onion
05 - 1/2 cup butter
06 - 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

→ For the Sliders

09 - 12 slices Swiss cheese
10 - 18 slices thin deli ham
11 - 1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (12 count)

# Instructions:

01 - Toss on parsley and Parmesan if you want. Slice along the lines and enjoy while gooey and hot.
02 - Take off the foil. Put the dish back and bake another 5 minutes so the tops get toasted and a little crunchy.
03 - Cover the pan tightly with foil. Pop it in the oven for 20 minutes so the cheese can melt nicely and everything warms through.
04 - Pour that buttery sauce all over, making sure it soaks into the top buns. Give it 5-10 minutes so the bread soaks it up.
05 - Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in mustard, Worcestershire, minced onion, salt, and pepper till it's mixed.
06 - Set the bottom half in your pan. Pile on half the ham, then the cheese, then the rest of the ham. Top it with the other slab of rolls and push it down a bit.
07 - Take your rolls out as one piece and cut them in half across the middle, so you get two slabs connected. Keep the top for later.
08 - Lay down foil inside your 9x13 dish and go up the sides too. Give it a good spray of non-stick oil so nothing sticks.
09 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This helps everything bake evenly and the tops get golden.

# Notes:

01 - Cut the butter to 1/4 cup if you like it less rich and with a crunchier bite.
02 - You can put the sliders together the day before, just wait to pour on the butter sauce till you're ready to bake.
03 - Put leftover sliders in the fridge in a closed container. Warm them up at 325°F for about 10 minutes when you want them again.
