Mango Lemonade Summer Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Lemon Base

01 - 500–750 ml cold water (use as much as you like)
02 - 75 g white sugar, or however much suits you
03 - 60 ml lemon juice, squeezed fresh
04 - 250 g chopped, sweet mango

# Instructions:

01 - Fill your glasses with ice. Top each with the drink and, if you want, pop in some mint. Enjoy right away.
02 - Not feeling the thickness? Blitz in up to 250 ml more cold water just for a few seconds until it thins out.
03 - Throw mango, lemon juice, sugar, and 500 ml cold water into your blender. Whiz it until you don’t see chunks anymore.

# Notes:

01 - Go for sweet, smooth mangoes—they make your drink taste way better.
02 - If your mangoes are already pretty sweet, you can cut the sugar back.
03 - Want it thinner? Add extra cold water till you’re happy with it.
04 - Mix till it’s really smooth—no lumps allowed.
