Drop the tea bags in hot water and leave them there for a short 2-3 minutes. Take them out and toss them. Stir honey into the tea. Cover it up and pop it into the fridge to cool.

While the tea is chilling, cut up slices of fruit like limes, nectarines, or lemons.

Pour the cold tea into eight to ten glasses that each hold about 12 ounces. Drop in the sliced fruit, splash in some sparkling water, and throw on some mint leaves for the finishing touch. Serve it up.
