Air Fryer Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 x salmon fillets fresh or slightly smoked

→ Sauce

02 - 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
03 - ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
04 - 1 tbsp honey
05 - 1 tsp onion powder
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together the sauce. Pour it over the salmon fillets and let them sit with the skin facing upwards for 5-10 minutes.
02 - Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes.
03 - Spray the air fryer with 2 pumps of olive oil to prevent sticking and place the salmon fillets skin down. Pour over the sauce, making sure it covers the fillets beautifully.
04 - Air fry for 7 minutes at 400F (200C).
05 - Let them cool down for a few minutes before serving.
