Refreshing Cucumber Tomato Avocado (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
02 - 2 tomatoes, diced
03 - 1 cucumber, diced
04 - 15 grams fresh cilantro, chopped
05 - Black pepper, to taste
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - 1 lime, juiced
08 - 1 avocado, diced

# Instructions:

01 - Pop your bowl in the fridge if you want it extra cold or go ahead and eat right away.
02 - Gently toss it all together so everything gets some love from the dressing.
03 - Squeeze that lime all over, then toss in some salt and pepper. Taste and adjust as you like.
04 - In your big bowl, throw in the tomatoes, avocado chunks, chopped onion, cilantro, and cucumber.
05 - Chop up your veggies first. Cut the cucumber, tomatoes, and avocado into cubes. Finely chop the cilantro and onion.
