Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Penne (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound penne pasta
02 - 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
04 - 2 cups heavy cream
05 - 1/4 cup butter
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Cheese & Seasonings

07 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook penne pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5-7 minutes.
03 - Gradually stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until fully melted and creamy.
04 - Mix in shredded chicken, then toss with cooked penne until evenly coated in sauce.
