Buttered Cod (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 1/2 lbs cod fillets, cut into smaller pieces
02 - 6 tbsp unsalted butter

→ Seasoning

03 - ¼ tsp garlic powder
04 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
05 - ¾ tsp paprika
06 - ½ tsp salt
07 - ¼ tsp ground black pepper

→ Finishing

08 - 1/2 lemon, juiced
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped
10 - Lemon slices

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
02 - Season the cod pieces with the mixture of seasoning.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with 2 tbsp of butter. Add the cod and cook for 2 minutes.
04 - Lower the heat and gently flip the cod. Add the remaining butter and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
05 - Let the butter completely melt and the fish cook. Don't overcook. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
