Carrot Ginger Dressing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 oz gala apple, peeled (or swap with another type of apple)
02 - 4.4 oz carrots, peeled and diced
03 - 1 oz red onion
04 - 0.35 oz fresh ginger, peeled
05 - 1/4 cup avocado oil (or use any neutral-tasting oil)
06 - 2 tablespoons chilled water
07 - 1/4 cup rice vinegar (or use white vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
08 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce (regular)
09 - 4 teaspoons white sugar (brown sugar, honey, cane sugar, or maple syrup can work too)
10 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

# Instructions:

01 - Place everything into a food processor or blender with high speed.
02 - Mix it up till the texture becomes thin and smooth, and there aren’t any chunks.
03 - Drizzle onto leafy greens, shredded carrots, tomatoes, cucumber slices, finely sliced radish, or some thinly cut red onion. A cucumber salad also works great with it!
