In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add chopped onion, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.

Remove from heat, let cool slightly. Stir in cheddar cheese. Lay out egg roll wrappers and spoon 2-3 tablespoons of beef mixture onto the center.

Fold sides in, then tightly roll from the bottom, sealing the edge with water.

Heat 2 inches of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry in batches, turning occasionally, for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly brush egg rolls with vegetable oil and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
