Crispy Cheeseburger Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
03 - 1/2 cup ketchup
04 - 1 tablespoon mustard
05 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese)
11 - 10-12 egg roll wrappers
12 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for brushing)
13 - Cooking oil for frying (or use an air fryer)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
02 - Add chopped onion, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
03 - Remove from heat, let cool slightly. Stir in cheddar cheese. Lay out egg roll wrappers and spoon 2-3 tablespoons of beef mixture onto the center.
04 - Fold sides in, then tightly roll from the bottom, sealing the edge with water.
05 - Heat 2 inches of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry in batches, turning occasionally, for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly brush egg rolls with vegetable oil and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
07 - Let cool for a minute before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.

01 - Add chopped pickles to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
02 - Add hot sauce for a spicier version.
03 - Can be made ahead and frozen before frying.
