Creamy Chicken Avocado Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 Wholemeal Weight Watcher tortillas
02 - 3 pieces of romaine lettuce, chopped

→ Chicken Avocado Mixture

03 - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
04 - 2 avocados, deseeded and diced
05 - 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
06 - ¼ cup sliced red onion
07 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1/4 cup greek yogurt
09 - 1 tsp garlic powder
10 - 1/2 tsp sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocados, fresh lemon juice, sliced red onion, chopped parsley, greek yogurt, garlic powder, and sea salt. Mix gently until well combined.
02 - Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place some chopped romaine lettuce to the right of the center, then top with a generous portion of the chicken avocado mixture.
03 - Carefully roll each wrap, tucking in the sides as you go. Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately for maximum freshness.
