Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken & Seasonings

01 - 1 ½ lb chicken breast
02 - 1 ½ teaspoon paprika
03 - 1 ½ teaspoon oregano
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - ½ teaspoon thyme
06 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
07 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ Pasta & Sauce

08 - 12 oz gluten free farfalle pasta
09 - 4 tablespoon butter
10 - 2 teaspoon dry shallots
11 - 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
12 - ½ cup chicken broth
13 - 2 tablespoon Gluten Free 1:1 Flour
14 - 3 cups heavy cream
15 - 12 oz shredded parmesan
16 - ¼ cup pasta water
17 - ½ teaspoon salt
18 - 1 tsp garlic powder
19 - 2 tablespoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente.
02 - Mix chicken seasonings in a bowl. Pound chicken slightly thin and season both sides.
03 - Sear chicken in olive oil for 5 minutes each side, then cover and cook 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
04 - Melt butter in pan, add seasonings, flour, then whisk in broth and cream. Add Parmesan and cook until desired consistency.
05 - Toss pasta in sauce, adding pasta water to thin if needed. Slice chicken and add to pasta.

01 - Use pasta water to adjust sauce consistency
02 - Let chicken rest before slicing to retain moisture
03 - Salt pasta water before boiling
