Effortless Passion Fruit Iced Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Iced Tea

01 - Ice cubes – you'll need these for serving
02 - 15 ml lemon juice, use freshly squeezed if you want
03 - 2–3 tablespoons honey or simple syrup, sweeten as you like
04 - 120 ml passion fruit pulp, either fresh or from a store
05 - 240 ml cold water for mixing in
06 - 2 bags black or green tea, pick whichever you love
07 - 480 ml water, this is for the hot brew

# Instructions:

01 - Toss a bunch of ice in your glasses first. Pour that cold passion fruit tea right on top and enjoy straight away.
02 - Next, pour 240 ml cold water into your pitcher. Pop the whole thing into the fridge for half an hour or so, until it's nice and cold.
03 - Add honey or simple syrup for some sweetness. Squeeze in lemon juice if you want things a bit zestier, then give it all a good stir.
04 - In your big pitcher, mix the passion fruit pulp with your steeped tea until it looks blended.
05 - Boil up 480 ml of water and drop in your tea bags. Let them sit about 5 minutes to get strong, then take the bags out and toss them.

# Notes:

01 - Use really ripe passion fruit or the best pulp you can find for awesome taste. You can strain everything for a smoother drink if you like. Don’t be shy about tweaking the sweetness just how you want it.
