Spicy Chipotle Mayo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
02 - 1 tablespoon adobo sauce (from the canned peppers)
03 - 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (canned)
04 - 1/2 cup mayo
05 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (granulated)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a small bowl and drop in all of the ingredients.
02 - Hold the immersion blender at an angle inside the bowl and pulse gently. Slowly blend until everything’s smooth, or stop sooner if you like it chunkier. Make sure it’s underwater before turning it on to avoid splashing.
03 - Set the mixture aside for about an hour. This helps the flavors really come together before serving.

# Notes:

01 - If you’re worried about the heat, try adding just one pepper to start. Mix, taste, and then decide if you need more.
02 - No immersion blender? No problem! Use a regular blender, food processor, or chop the peppers finely and mix by hand.
