Delicious Peppermint Patties (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract
02 - 4 cups powdered sugar
03 - 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

→ Coating

04 - Sprinkles (optional)
05 - 1 pound chocolate almond bark

# Instructions:

01 - Mix peppermint extract with the sweetened condensed milk in a big bowl.
02 - Slowly sprinkle in the powdered sugar while using a mixer to blend. Keep going until the dough feels firm and isn’t sticky.
03 - Shape the dough into little balls, flatten them into discs around 2 inches in size and 1/4 inch thick, then set them on a tray lined with parchment.
04 - Pop the tray in the freezer and let the discs freeze for about an hour.
05 - Put the chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl and melt it in 30-second bursts until it's smooth.
06 - Dip the chilled peppermint discs into the melted chocolate, letting any extra drip off, and place them back on the parchment. Add sprinkles if you’d like!
