Seal the Oreos inside a plastic bag, then crush them with a heavy spoon or rolling pin. Spoon about 1.5–2 tablespoons of the crushed Oreos into the bottoms of six small dessert cups that hold 3/4 to 1 cup each. Set them aside for later.

Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar together using a standing or hand mixer until it feels smooth and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract, then fold in the whipped topping gently. Add the leftover crushed Oreos and mix lightly.

Spread the cheesecake filling evenly into each dessert cup on top of the Oreo layer. Press it down softly. Put the cups in the fridge and chill for at least an hour or until you're ready to eat.

Right before eating, add whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed Oreos on top. Dig in and enjoy!
