Party Big Mac Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Sliders

01 - 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or other slider buns)
02 - 2 cups shredded lettuce
03 - 9 slices American cheese
04 - 24-30 dill pickle slices
05 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
06 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

→ For the Slider Mixture

07 - 1 pound lean ground beef
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion

→ For the Big Mac Sauce

11 - 2/3 cup mayonnaise
12 - 2 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
13 - 2 teaspoons sugar
14 - 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
15 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
16 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
17 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish or sheet pan with nonstick spray. In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients, mix to combine and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onions, salt and pepper until the ground beef is no longer pink and the onions are soft. Remove from heat and drain.
03 - Place the bottoms of the slider buns in the prepared dish. Spread a thin layer of the big mac sauce on the bottom buns. Top with the beef mixture and cheese slices. Add pickle slices, spacing them evenly.
04 - Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove and add shredded lettuce and sauce. Top with buns, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for an additional 3-4 minutes to warm the complete sliders.

# Notes:

01 - Can form individual patties for different sized buns
02 - Lettuce can be added before baking if warm lettuce is preferred
03 - Can pre-warm bun tops separately for cold lettuce preference
04 - Thousand island dressing can substitute for Big Mac sauce
05 - Can use pre-made mini hamburger patties with grilled onions
