Tropical Fruit Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 2 bananas, peeled and sliced into rounds
02 - 1 can (15 oz/425g) Mandarin oranges, keep the light syrup
03 - 1 fresh pineapple, cut into small chunks after coring

→ Dry Ingredients

04 - One small box (4 servings) of instant vanilla pudding, sugar-free

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the bananas into thin circles and cut the pineapple into similar-sized bits. Leave the syrup in the Mandarin oranges—don’t pour it out.
02 - Toss the chopped fruit and the Mandarin oranges (with syrup) together in a big bowl.
03 - Shake the dry pudding mix evenly over the fruit in the bowl. Don’t mix it with milk like you normally would.
04 - Gently stir the fruit around until the pudding powder coats it all. Pop a lid or wrap over the bowl and stick it in the fridge for no less than an hour.
05 - Spoon the fruit mixture into servings, aiming for about a cup per portion.
