Crispy Toasted Ravioli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
02 - 2 eggs
03 - 2 cups bread crumbs, Panko style
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
05 - ½ teaspoon salt and black pepper
06 - 1 Tablespoon oil or oil spray
07 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
08 - 1 Tablespoon Dry or fresh herbs like parsley or basil

# Instructions:

01 - Put the eggs in a bowl. Using a fork, gently beat them to mix. Put the bread crumbs and seasoning in another bowl. Mix it with a fork.
02 - Take a frozen ravioli and dip it in the beaten egg. Then dip it in the bread crumb mixture, covering it well. Repeat the process with all of the raviolis.
03 - Grease the air fryer basket by lightly spraying the oil on it. Add the egg washed and breaded ravioli to the basket in a single layer. Spray them with oil on the top and load the basket in the air fryer. Set the air fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 14 minutes. Halfway through, pull out the basket, flip them over, and spray them with more oil. Continue to air fry them for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown and toasted on both sides.
04 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray. Add prepared, dipped raviolis, and spray with cooking spray on top of them. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Open the oven, flip them upside down, spray some more oil on top and bake further for 5-6 minutes or until toasted.
05 - Remove promptly when done. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and herbs on top. Serve warm with marinara or other dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Work in batches. Only cook in a single layer of breaded ravioli. Don't crowd them and don't stack them.
